She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl DeLong and Francis DeLong; her husband Grover Cleveland Leslie; and her siblings, Don, Jean and Linda.

She is survived by: her children, Melanie Leslie Cave (Sid), Jeanne Leslie Martin (David) and James Francis Leslie; and her grandchildren, Stephen Michael Cave, Douglas Austin Martin and Katherine Jean Cave.

Viewing will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (616 Orange Ave, Fort Pierce, FL 34950). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Kaye's name to the First United Methodist Church to support the spread of Christian love and grace.
