He was predeceased by : his fathers, Angel L. Rodriguez Lopez and José A. Maldonado Castillo. He is survived by : his children, Ricardo Lopez, Alejandro Rodriguez, Gabriel Rodriguez, Brian Rodriguez and Maymarie Rodriguez; and his grandchildren, Cristian, Sofia, Jaydyn, Liunaliz, Aleynis, Amahia and Khalil. He is also survived by his wife, and spending time with his family, friends, and fraternity brothers.

Viewing was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yates Funeral Home and Cremation Services (1101 S US Hwy 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34950). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Bernadette Catholic Church (350 NW California Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986).
