She was predeceased by: her father Peter Petersen; her husband Albert C. Ganzer; her sister Anne Sarno; and her daughter Ellen Ganzer. She is survived by: her children, Gail Cahill, Robin Gould (Ed) and Neil Ganzer (Terry); her grandchildren, Jodi Waldorf, Jessica, Allison Gould, Kimberly Wallace, Matthew Cahill, Trevor and Taylor Ganzer; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Kendall Hayes, Juniper, Willow Wallace and Addison Anderson; and her sister Meta Watts. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
The family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
