He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul John Jacquin and Dolores Mary Guettler-Jacquin; his wife Cheryl Ann Herrmann Jacquin (Street); and his parents-in-law, Rosemary and Raymond Herrmann.
He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Jacquin Assalone (Jim), Donna and Mary Jane Jacquin Schultz (Frank); his son Brian Edward Jacquin Player; his grandchildren, Cayden, Carter and Mason; his child Christofer Robert Jacquin Player (Mary); his grandchildren, Zander and John Paul; his daughter Breanna Marie Jacquin Player (Kappy); his grandchildren, Kinsley, Kelsey and Kappy, Jr.; his son Paul Raymond Jacquin (Marissa); and his grandsons, Paul Richard and Tyler Stephen (Kendyl). He is also survived by 4 children, 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
