He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Silva and Richard L Silva; and his sister Margaret Silva. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Silva; his children, Adam and Ellen; and his stepchildren, Thomas Rice, Kenneth Rice, Robin Stankiewicz and Sharon Rice.
