He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Millikan and Theresa Millikan; and his wife Charlotte Ann Roberts Millikan. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Kikel (Bob) of Vero Beach, Florida, Laura Jackson (Bill) of Vero Beach, Florida and Warren Millikan of Tybee Island, Georgia; his grandchildren, Spencer Ely of Macon, Morgan Jackson (Chappell) of Statham and Josh Jackson (Nichole) of Greensboro; and his siblings, Larry Millikan of Orlando, Florida and Sue Lecarreaux of New Jersey.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverside Cemetery (1301 Riverside Dr, Macon, GA 31201).
