He is survived by: his wife Diane Sikkema of Fort Pierce, FL; his stepson Phillip Powell of Fort Pierce, FL; his siblings, Sandy Sikkema of Sumter, SC, Darwin Sikkema of Alabama, Kenneth Sikkema of Mount Pleasant, SC and Don Sikkema of Stuart, FL; and his grandchildren, Camaron, Devon and Makenna Powell. He is also survived by one niece and several nephews.
