He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Curran Carrigan and Roy Ian Carrigan, Sr.; and his son-in-law Robert Fairbanks. He is survived by: his wife Susan Ballard Carrigan; his sister Barbara Carrigan of Bridgeport, NY; his children, Lori Fairbanks of Lakeland, FL, Larry Carrigan (Melissa) of Lakeport, NY and Donald Carrigan of East Syracuse, NY; and his stepson Brian Carrigan of Glen Burnie, MD. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and 7 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Humane Society of St. Lucie County or Treasure Coast Hospice.
