She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Rowe and Geneva Rowe; and her husband Warren F. Millard, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Warren Millard (Angela) and Melissa Myers (Cliff); her grandchildren, Carter Myers (Katie), Hayley Myers-Davis (Tyler), Tyler Millard (Emily), Parker Myers and Hannah Millard; her great grandchild Colter Myers; and her siblings, Sophia Rowe, Patricia Hill, Virginia Roberts and Victor (Cheri Rowe).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the White City Cemetery (3800 Sunrise Blvd, Fort Pierce, FL 34982).
