He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Dykstra and Ilma Dykstra; and his former wife Kathy. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Heise of Fort Pierce, Florida; his children, Bill Dykstra (Marybeth) of Mount Dora, FL, Mike Nordlum (Aimee) of Red Lodge, MT and Julie Dykstra-Powers (Tom); his stepchildren, Richard Haisley and Lee Anne Haisley-Bolonka (Andrew) of Fort Pierce, FL; his brother Jay Dykstra of Platteville, WI; and his grandchildren, Travis Dykstra, Tyler Dykstra (Carly) and Avery Powers.
