She was predeceased by: her son Cordell Keaton Smart. She is survived by: her parents, David Smart and Sheree Henderson Smart; her husband Thomas David Bernau; her brothers, David Smart and John Smart; and her grandmother Jean Henderson. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
