With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Bruhn (Fort Walton Beach, Florida), who passed away on January 19, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Bruhn; and her parents, Willie Luedemann and Ora Nell Luedemann. She is survived by: her siblings, Peggy Boecker (Calvin) and William Luedemann (Jeanne); her children, Darrell Bruhn (Dottie), Dalton Bruhn and Diana Kern (John); her grandchildren, Sabrina Peet (Dave), James Bruhn (Becca), Matthew Bruhn, Tiffany Bruhn (Chelsea), Holly Hoover, Emily Kern, Tori Junot (Mike) and Ashley Kern; and her great grandchildren, Rachel Peet, Isabella Peet, Braden Bruhn, Addison Bruhn, Ava Hoover and Charlie Reed.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calvary Baptist Church (529 Clifford St, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, one can make a donation to missions at Calvary Baptist Church.
