We are sad to announce that, on March 31, 2023, at the age of 84, Bette Ann Clanton (Fort Walton Beach, Florida), born in Laconia, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Davis and Charlotte Davis (Hoag); her siblings, Forrest Davis, Jr., Richard Davis and Lelia Carlson; and her granddaughter-in-law Amber Clanton.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Clanton; her children, Elaine Brantley (Patrick), Kathleen Clanton, Dianne Boddy and Richard Clanton, Jr.; her grandchildren, Michael Clanton, Sr. (Rachel), Jason Clanton, Jennifer Peterson (Adam), Matthew Brantley and Robert Boddy (Kim); her great grandchildren, Michael Clanton, Jr. (Zoie), Devin Martin, Dustin Clanton, Rylee Boddy, Hunter Clanton, Carlee Boddy, Makayla Clanton, Kayden Peterson and Coral Peterson; and her great great grandchild Mason Clanton.

With remarkable strength and determination, she battled Parkinson's disease.
