She was predeceased by: her parents, George Robert Young and Anne Lee Owen; her former husband Paul Stewart; her husband Frank Windham; her children, Thomas Stewart and Judi Griffy; and her stepson Jeff Windham.

She is survived by: her grandson Matthew Stewart; her siblings, Judy South and Jim Young (Carol); her sons, Andy Stewart (Ann) and Shayne Stewart (Michelle); her grandchildren, Karl, Kathryn, Cody, Rebecca of Rachel, A. J., Paul and John; and her siblings' children, Leigh Ann, Marty, Paul and James. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
