She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Embler and Hazel Embler; her husband James Noe; and her sibling Jonei Embler. She is survived by: her son Randy (Robyn); and her siblings, Joyce Poe and Jerry Embler. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
