He is survived by: his children, Tom DeMonbrun (Nancy) and Donna DeMonbrun Sincox (Tony Sincox); his grandchildren, Emily DeMonbrun Mckinley (Emmett), Ali DeMonbrun and David DeMonbrun (Katie); his great grandchildren, Savy and Kes DeMonbrun; his siblings-in-law, Helen Roose and Ted Roose (Donna); his sibling's children, Bethany Roose, Leigh Wheeler (Will), Rob Roose and Tad Roose (Gina); his great-nephew Will; and his great-niece Laura.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Cecil's name may be made to SOCKS (Save Our Cats and Kittens) Fort Walton Beach, Fl.
