Though Collier may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her father Leroy Jackson; and her brother Robert Jackson. She is survived by: her husband Bruce; her daughters, Elizabeth Diane Fowler (Doug Fowler) and Barbara Denise Collier; and her sister Crista Larson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Davis-Watkins Funeral Home (113 Racetrack Rd NE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM.
