He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Rosa Eubank, Maddison Eubank and Hayley Eubank; his grandchild Gavyn Simmons (Arleigh); his parents, Wanda Green and Nathaniel David Eubank, Sr.; his siblings, Sandi Eubank Gregory (Jason Bonar), John Brannon Eubank and Allie David Eubank; and his siblings' children, Parker Gregory, Tony Bonar and Jaxon Eubank. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
