He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Higgins and Matilda Spence of Scotland; his wife Dorothy M. Keefe; and his sons, Robert, Raymond, Thomas, Michael and James Berry.
He is survived by: his children, Dianne E. Berry, Brian C. Higgins, Lisa M. Higgins and David S. Higgins. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beal Memorial Cemetery (316 Beal Pkwy NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548).
