He was predeceased by: his siblings, Randy, Terry Braxton, Flora Warren (Larry) of Fort Walton Beach, Bobbie Ann Braxton-Moses of Union Spring, AL, Odessa Lane of Union Spring, Lornice Forte (Irene) of Fort Walton Beach and Sherman Braxton of Fort Walton Beach; and his aunts, Mattie Mae Gilberry of Hainse City, Florida. and Ollie Bell Haris of Hainse City, Florida..

He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Braxton; his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Braxton; his children, Nakita Braxton and Tavaris Yates of Fort Walton Beach; his grandchildren, Treyvion Braxton, Alayia Mcnabb, April Robbins, Terrence Robbins (TJ), Maylayshia Yates, Tavaris Yates (TJ) and Alexis Yates; and his brothers-in-law, Marion Warren, Maurice Warren, Matthew Warren and Keith Warren. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
