With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elaine Merrill (Fort Walton Beach, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 22, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Elaine departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Elaine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Elaine leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jordan and Carmen Jordan; and her siblings, John Jordan and Elizabeth Arsenault. She is survived by: her children, Joyce Paradis, Bradford Merrill and Nathan Merrill. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that you plant a tree or a rose bush in her name — a living tribute to a life well lived and a spirit that will continue to grow, bloom, and inspire.
