He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Henry Waters and Elizabeth Azeline McLain Waters; and his brother Gerald Bryan Waters. He is survived by: his wife Ann Waters; his daughter Crystal Waters (Casey Johnson); his grandson Cole Waters-Johnson; and his siblings, Marvin Henry Waters, Jr. (Marilyn) and Beth Waters Presnell.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of McAlpin Funeral Home (8261 US-90, Sneads, FL 32460).
