He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Arthur and Evelyn Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Florence Rowe Arthur; and his daughters, Donna Boynton (Paul), Andrea Graham (Rick) and Constance Ponder (Jeff). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
