He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Rose Burt Couch; and his parents, Charles Thomas (Charlie) and Mamie Alice Lawrence Couch. He is survived by: his sons, Steve, Stephen Paul Couch-Durham (Steve) and James Timothy Couch (Pam Couch); his grandchildren, James Daniel Couch (Jennie) and Laura Nicole Couch Snead (Ben); his great grandchildren, Jackson Daniel, Olivia Jean, Isabel Marie, Charles Benjamin (Charlie) and Leighton James Snead; his siblings, Lawrence Thomas Couch, Loren William Couch, Anna Belle Williams and Alice Charlene Baker; his uncle Jim; and his aunt AnnaBelle. He is also survived by Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
