He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia E. Matthews; and his children, Sandy Browning, Terry Browning, Tammy NewGarden, John NewGarden, Danny Matthews and Darrell Matthews. He was also cherished by his 4 grandchildren, as well as his 3 beloved great grandchildren.
