It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Bulger Collins (Fort Walton Beach, Florida), born in Troy, Alabama, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jesse Bulger and Juanita Bulger; her husband Thomas Earl Collins; her sister Paige; her daughters, Tonya and Toni; and her grandchildren, Sara, Megan, Spencer and Brennan. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and adoring friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or to the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.
