We announce the death of Jesse Thomas Wright in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, who passed away on June 4, 2026, at the age of 93. Jesse will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Wright and Ethel Virginia Rogers; his wife Carolyn Lovell Wright; and his siblings, Ethel Irma Earley, Riley Quarteman "Buster" Wright, Bonnie May McCullough of Eldridge Proctor, Alma Louise Ryan, Ina Bobelle Harrell, Ettie Jean Wheeler and John Thomas Wright.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa "Terry" Wright Collum and Deborah "Debbie" Ann Wright; and his grandchildren, John Thomas "Tommy" Stair, Lisa Carroll and Tommy.
