He is survived by: his wife Pong Frazier; his children, Jennifer Frazier (Nick Rosenfeld), Kate and John Daniel Frazier (Judy Frazier); his grandchildren, Aaron Frazier and Athena (David Rubel); his children, Tamera Lynne Myers (James Myers) and James; and his brothers, Ken Frazier (Hae Yong) and Jim Frazier (Donna).
