As Judy departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Judy. Though Judy may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Thomas Purdy and Frances Toomey Purdy; and her husband Walter Scott Radeker III. She is survived by: her children, Ann Radeker Wong (Andrew M. Wong), Elizabeth Radeker Loveland (Patrick Allen Loveland) and Walter Scott Radeker IV (Susan Marie Radeker); and her significant other Brice Essler Horwell. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the St. Simon's Episcopal Church's Altar Guild.
