She was predeceased by: her mother Idella Collins; her husband Henry Bell Sr.; her parent Eddie Collins Sr.; her daughters, Cynthia Beach (Henry Beach Jr.) and Barbara McNeal; and her siblings, Eddie Collins Jr., Della Collins and Andrew Jean Ridley.
She is survived by: her children, Carlotta Smith, Donald Whitehead, Earnest Whitehead, Lawrence Whitehead (Flora Ann Whitehead), Regina McNeal, Renee Whitehead and Ronald Bell (Adrienne Bell); her stepchildren, Brenda Bell-Hogans, Felix Bell (Leontine Bell) and Henry Belle Jr. (Geraldine Belle); and her goddaughters, Angela Campbell Lindsey and Victoria Crystal. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
