Davis (Cruz) of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; his children, Leilani Cristyne Cook (David) of Crestview, Florida and Ty Keoni Davis of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; his siblings, Juanita Baltz (Dwain), Orvil Davis (Cheryl), Yvonne Wade (John), Yvette Cole (Don), Eric Davis (Janice) and Elane Johnson (Terry); and his grandchildren, Dakota Scott Davis, Eve Noelle Fleischer and Zoe Ann Fleischer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
