He was predeceased by: his parents, William Grant Smith and Mildred Annabelle Hillard Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Smith; his daughters, Michele, Jennifer, Betty, Tammy and Dixie; and his brothers, Randy Smith and Mark Smith.
