She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Van Gorp and Dorothy Ellis Van Gorp; her husband John Bonham (Bud); her siblings, Janet and Dirick; and her daughter Laurie.

She is survived by: her children, Caren Nester (Rob), Carl Bonham (Paula) and Janice Bonham West (Ricky); her son-in-law Verne Jacoby; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Lee, Rebecca Bonham West (Karthik), Elizabeth Catalena (Jeremy), Matthew Nester, Sarah Bonham (Willie), Eric West (Alyssa) and Jay Nester.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Beal Memorial Cemetery (316 Beal Pkwy NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548). Prior to the pandemic, she and Bud regularly attended Hurlburt Chapel.
