It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark S. Johnson of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, who passed away on September 22, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Johnson; his grandparents, Clement and Pearl; his uncle Bob (Ed); his sister-in-law Donna; and his nephew Roy III.
He is survived by: his father Richard Johnson; his wife Denise; his daughters, Brandi Hotto (Alex) and Ashley Johnson (Dale); his granddaughter Adalynn Hotto; his siblings, Laurie Reese, Kelly Carlstrom (Ray) and Julia Summers (John-Ross); and his nieces and nephews, Barbara, Chris, Donnie, David, Ryan, Kelsey, Madison of Morgan, JT, Alli, Shailen, Chloe, Skylee, Sofia, Michael, Lily and Layna. He is also survived by bonus brother, uncle, father or grandfather.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Air Commando Association in Mark's honor.
