He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn W. Bullock and Gwen Martin Miller; and his stepfather John C. Miller. He is survived by: his brother Jeremy D. Bullock; his nephew Braxson Bullock; his uncle Robert W. Martin (Judy); his aunt Janet Reeves (Doyle); and his cousins, Robby Martin, Jason, Stephen and Greg Reeves.
