She was predeceased by: her parents, Oren Windham and Mildred Windham. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Crowley (MaryAnne) and Mark Crowley (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Tanner, Colby, Ty, Devin, Christina and Caroline.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, continuing Pat's legacy of making a positive impact on others' lives.
