Nathaniel Smith Jr. Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nathaniel Smith Jr. (Fort Walton Beach, Florida), who passed away on May 1, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathaniel R. Smith and Lena F. Smith; and his siblings, Jocelyn, Juanita, Gwendolyn and Theodore (Ted).

He is survived by: his wife Jannie Vee Smith; his children, Veronica (Robert McCrackin), Valerie Houston, Chivonne Lowe, Theodore Harris (Pat) and Thomas Maxwell (Christine); and his sisters, Dr. Helen (Thomas Flagg) and Clarice (Errol Pease). He is also survived by numerous sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
