He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack Heins and Velma Heins (Weller); his wife Carolyn Heins; his children, Cristi Honea, Philip Heins, Jr. (Laura Heins) and Howard French; and his grandchildren, Catherine Fisher, Dalhton Gomez, Brittney Heins, Gabrielle Heins, Amber and Ethan Honea. He was also cherished by his family, his crowning joy is his grandchildren.
