Though Ray may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ray touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Buford and Marjorie Buford (Brown) of Lexington; his wife Huberta "Boots" Buford (Walters); and also June Sullivan of Lexington, Kentucky.. He is survived by: his son Keith Buford; his grandchildren, Shaina Buford and Shawn Buford; his sister Joy Hoagland of Frankfort, Kentucky.; and his sibling's children, Jeannie Rader of Kentucky, Lisa Hoagland of Kentucky, Robert Hoagland of Kentucky and Cheri Freeman of Kentucky.
