She is survived by: her husband Roy Spann; her son Brennen Spann; her mother Edna Wiseman Phillips Davis; her siblings, Renard Phillips, Ryan Phillips (Rachel) and Recena Earl (Jeff); and her nieces and nephews, Tayler, Tara, Gabrielle, Ethan, Sage, Aubrey, Kevin, Travis, Kyle, Ben, Leah, Dawn, Misty and Savanna.
Flowers are being accepted; however, donations can be made to either Emerald Coast Hospice Care or First Baptist Church DeFuniak Springs Food Pantry instead.
