He is survived by: his wife Nancy Johnson (Lewellyn); his daughter Julie Michael; his granddaughter Chase Michael; his son-in-law Joseph Michael; his son Jeffrey (Shirley); his grandchildren, Miranda, Jake, Dawn, Nathan, Hannah and Philip; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Colt and Carter.
