He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny E. Curtis and Mary I. Clark Curtis. He is survived by: his wife June M. Kolman; his daughters, Jackie McClain of Austin, TX and Jenny Hawes (Scott) of Hannibal, MO; his sister Linda Kaufman (Mike) of Richland Center, WI; his grandchildren, Misti Cunningham (Foster), Justin McClain, Jordan McClain (Lauryn), Austin Hawes (Makayla), Chase Hawes (Alia) and Reagan Hawes; and his great grandchildren, Maverick Cunningham, Madelyn Cunningham, Obi Hawes and Bridger Hawes. He is also survived by his family, friends.
