He is survived by : his wife Billie Brown Chappell; his daughter Sunnie Chappell; his granddaughter Rhonda Smith; and his sons, Ronald and Jim. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

A committal service will be held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at 1:30 PM at 1 Cemetery Rd, Pensacola, FL 32508.
