He is survived by: his mother Salina Griffin McCormick; his wife Vickie Valdez-McCormick; his daughter Lisa Marie Brown; his grandchildren, Taylor Elise, Richard Lee Jr. and Gresun Dane; his siblings, Stacey McCormick (Sonya), Whitney Rushing (Zach) and Jason McCormick; his niece Jordan Bullard (Blake); his nephews, Griffin McCormick (Patty), Wyatt Rushing, Archer Rushing, Aiden McCormick and Isaac McCormick; his great-nieces, Evie Mack Bullard and Baker Drew Bullard; and his great-nephew Killian Stace McCormick. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.
