She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Chambliss and Katherine Trimble Chambliss; her husband Rev. Dudley Primous Jr.; her son Dudley Primous III; her siblings, Rev Robert Chambliss, Stella Scott, Helen Reed, Emma Chambliss, Eloise Tenner and Charles Chambliss; and her son-in-law Dea.
She is survived by: her sisters, Bessie Cleveland (Charles) of Jackson Mississippi and Exelena Martin of Vicksburg Mississippi; her children, Della Rhodes, Marilynn Bouvay (Horace), Valeria Primous and Kent Primous; her grandchildren, Steven Bouvay, Dr. Kamali Hawkins (Mikhel) of Cincinnati Ohio, Esic Rhodes III, Kenisha Jones (Eric), Ivy Slaton of Kenneth and Gordon Crosby of Los Angles; her children, Sheena, Bruce Tapp, Minister Maxine Reed, Peggy Jones, Jackie Ponder, Scottie L Thigpen and Brenda Foster; and her close friends, Beverly McKinnon, Mary Warren and Ollie Rouse. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
