He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Mudd and Iva Mae Hack Mudd. He is survived by: his wife Karen S. Mudd; his daughter Christi Dube (Reginald, Jr.); his sister Betty Joyce Clark of Palmetto, FL; his grandson Reginald "Joey" Dube, III (Heather); his great grandchildren, Michael, Kera, Jacob, Ritamarie, Christian, Robert Dube and Dylan Mudd; his nieces and nephews, Jimmy Clark, Jr., Kimberly Bunce, Michael Clark, David Clark, Pamela Way, Billy Clark and Jeffrey Woodruff; Teagan, Austin, Killian and Blaize of Lake City.
