She is survived by: her children, Robert Chester Carter (Debi Devoe Carter) of Lake City, FL, Steven Andreu Carter (Lauren Carter) of Lake City, FL and Carole Ann Carter of Sanford, FL; and her grandchildren, Todd Carter (Trish), Tammy Carter, Justin Martell (Kayla), Casey Zamsky (Tyler) and Kyle Martell. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren along with several extended family members and dear friends.
