Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gateway-Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3596 US-441, Lake City, FL 32025). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Elim Baptist Church (3435 SW Elim Church Rd, Fort White, FL 32038).
