He is survived by: his wife Catherine Cason; his daughters, Gloria Friar (David) and Susan Tucker (Robert); his stepson David Mathis; his grandchildren, Logan Tucker, Lauren Tucker, Jeffery Crawford and Paige Tucker; his stepgrandchildren, Lindsay Robinson and Ronald Mathis III; his siblings, Thomasine Thomas, Martha Legler and Lagree Cason; and his pets, Muffin and Boots.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evans Carter Funeral Home (18724 High Springs Main St, High Springs, FL 32643).
