He was predeceased by : his parent Dell; and his niece Bonnie Moran. He is survived by : his siblings, Joe Merritt and Elizabeth May; and his nieces and nephews, Rick May (Mary Farrell), Jody May, Steven May (Tammy Douglass), Darlene Quiel (Greg), Cindy Tripp and Terri Hazelbaker (Clint). He is also survived by many cousins and great nieces and nephew.
